City Lights Coordinator

Are you passionate about working with the Church and with communities in areas of deprivation to improve quality of life ?

Can you lead, inspire and motivate others and build networks?

Are you equipped to manage projects and work with diverse community organisations?


 City Lights creates opportunities for individuals and church groups to engage in social action. We facilitate two major events as well as smaller events and projects to equip and mobilise communities to come together and practically get involved in making a difference on housing estates in London.  This year we will be disseminating this working model into four new areas in London.

This post would suit someone who is highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills.


This post is maternity cover and will start in March 2013 – Feb 2014.

Salary: £24,820  – £26, 713 pro rata

Hours: 17.5 per week

Where: Roehampton, South West London
