We are really excited to be doing another 3 week project with 2 groups of students from local secondary school Putney Ark Academy. It’s been a real pleasure to partner with this school over recent years.
The aim of this project is to encourage students to think about ways they can make a positive impact in their local community. For this, we will be partnering with The Feel Good Bakery, Growhampton and Putney Community Gardens.
Activities will include planting bulbs around the Ashburton Estate, cooking with locally produced fruit and vegetables and helping out practically around the Regenerate offices. We will be putting aside time to hear from various people who are running some inspiring projects locally and sampling The Feel Good Bakery sandwiches. We are looking forward to celebrating so many local projects doing great things for local residents. Photos and write up will follow….
